There's a tool for every job. I used to push the miso paste against the inside of the pot to break it up like a fool (like a fool, I tell you!) until I discovered, there's a tool for that. This miso strainer lets you mash the miso paste through the sides of the strainer so that it breaks up more easily and evenly. My life will never be the same.
