Shipping & Returns
We will ship your order as soon as we can, in-stock items usually within 1 - 5 business days. Please note this does not include transit time.
Damaged items: Claims must be reported to email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please provide images of any damages.
Returns: Please pack the products back in the original packaging carefully and use a traceable carrier. Any items received back in our warehouse that is damaged from transit may not be eligible for a refund. We can only accept items that are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and a return authorization code within 14 days of receipt. Any items received without an authorization code will not be refunded.
