We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express which will be charged upon shipping.

With your online account, you can browse our products, order online and check your order history.  Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot keep any backorders in the event that something is out of stock.  You can also use our search tool by item number or keyword to find exactly what you need. 

Please note that we ship your order as soon as possible.  In-stock items usually ship within 2 - 6 business days. This does not include transit time which may be delayed beyond our control.  During busy seasons, we may experience further delays of up to 10 business days. This is in addition to transit time. Thank you for your patience.

Damaged items: Claims must be reported to shop@miyacompany.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please provide images of any damages.

Returns: Please pack the products back in the original packaging carefully and use a traceable carrier. Any items received back in our warehouse that is damaged from transit may not be eligible for a refund. We can only accept items that are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Please contact us at shop@miyacompany.com for more information and a return authorization code within 14 days of receipt. Any items received without an authorization code will not be refunded.
