With your online account, you can browse our products, order online and check your order history.   You can also use our search tool by item number or keyword to find exactly what you need. 

Please order in multiples of the item's pack quantity.  For instance, if the pack quantity is 6 cups, you must order 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, etc., cups.

We require a $200 minimum for opening orders and $100 minimum for reorders.  Any order under $100 will incur a $5 handling fee. 

We will ship your order as soon as we can, usually within 1 - 5 business days.   Any items that are sold out will be placed on backorder unless specified otherwise. 

Any item not listed in the price list is discontinued. 

Prices and pack quantities are subject to change without prior notice.

Claims must be reported within 5 business days after receipt of your order.   No returns are accepted without authorization.  Please contact us for more information.

Unfortunately, drop shipping and COD orders cannot be accommodated at this time.
